ACEBA President on U.S.-Poland Commercial Relationship

On Thursday, August 29, Eric Stewart, President of the American-Central European Business Association (ACEBA), appeared on Fox Business to discuss how Brexit could help lead U.S.-Poland to a new ‘special relationship.’ Earlier that week, Stewart participated in a panel with former-U.S. Ambassador to Poland, Daniel Fried and moderated by Rich Edson, Fox News State Department Correspondent. Topics discussed in the panel included: (1) consequences of sanctioning Nord Stream 2; (2) ramifications of reliance on Russian gas for Poland how Europe can help; (3) can or should the U.S. export other types of energy beyond LNG; (4) F-35 and military cooperation; and (5) what Brexit means for Poland, the Polish economy, and the U.S.-Poland Business Council.
