The American-Central European Business Association (ACEBA) is a non-profit, 501 (c)6 organization aimed at creating a one-stop platform for dialogue between American corporate executives and government leaders from 14 Central European countries. ACEBA provides American-based companies opportunities for meaningful engagement with key decision makers in these emerging markets.

The organization brings together five well-established bilateral business councils (Czech, Lithuania, Romania, Poland, and Hungary) and a platform to interact with the 10 remaining markets into one membership and a single point of contact for your company.

ACEBA works closely with U.S. companies, foreign Embassies, and U.S. government officials in Washington, DC. We are the partner of choice for hosting economic meetings with visiting Presidents, Prime Ministers, and appropriate Cabinet members from all of the 14 countries. We also serve as a single point of contact for any members seeking to interact with embassies of any of our partner countries, and vice versa.

What We Do

Host Foreign Leaders

From Prime Ministers to Presidents to Ambassadors, the American-Central European Business Association has professional connections to host intimate and meaningful discussions here in Washington, DC.

Demand-Based Collaboration

We listen to our members and engage with countries that have promising economic outlooks. We will engage with local embassies, meet with relevant U.S. Government officials, and even take a trade mission if there is enough interest.

Meet with Senior U.S. Government Officials

The American-Central European Business Association works with members of Congress and senior-level U.S. Government officials to ensure that company issues are heard from various angles.


ACEBA leverages its position to advocate for company needs in any of the respective countries.

Annual Trade Missions Abroad

ACEBA, and its partner business councils, take annual trade missions to countries such as Lithuania, Romania, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Hungary. These missions allow companies to engage with foreign officials such as Prime Ministers, Presidents, and other key Ministers in one-on-one meetings and group roundtables.


With one ACEBA membership, companies can gain access to five additional bilateral business councils (Czech, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland and Romania).
